“Very good for light to moderate leakage! After recently being diagnosed with overactive bladder these products are very good. Though I can make it to the toilet in most instances wearing these whilst out and about really gives me peace of mind. I have had a couple accidents in these underwear and they have held up well. Note that these are not for heavy incontinence as they will leak. For night use a bed pad is very helpful as well”
