Our Waterproof Mattress Protector has 27cm deep walls with drawstring toggles at each corner which can be drawn in to create a lovely snug fit. It does sound like the walls of your mattress may be too deep and a member of our customer service team will be in touch to discuss an alternative mattress protector which will be better suited to your mattress.
