Before I comment on the actual product I’d firstly like to shine a light on the AMAZING customer service that I received from the team at Connie. They proactively called me to ensure that I had selected the most appropriate product for the challenge I was trying to solve for (turns out there was a much better product to what I had initially ordered) and they helped me to choose the correct product, cancelled and quickly refunded me on my incorrect purchase and my correct order arrived in record time. Thank you to the wonderful team at Connie for your attentive customer service and genuine care. The bed pad itself is high quality and the teal colour looks beautiful… you would never know that’s it’s a mattress protector. The bed pad feels comfortable, is soft and and makes no noise. I highly, highly recommended both the product and company.

Awesome product. Using on hubby’s side of the bed, (2 electric singles pushed together), not for continence issues, however, for his sweating at night. Works perfectly. Thanks so very much.
