“I was so satisfied with an earlier purchase that I went out and bought 2 more - as yet unopened and laundered. However, I should like to suggest you explore an alternative post bag to that light black plastic bag which arrived shredded and both boxes within were clearly visible. I also have notified Australia Post as no attempt whatsoever was made to tape up the parcel.”
