“My order was sent to the wrong address and I was never able to reach customer service to correct the shipping address. I sent emails and made calls that were never answered and eventually DM'd the instagram page and never got a reply there either, so I eventually just gave up. I'm sure the comb itself is great--but I wish I could have gotten an answer back, even just to say "sorry, we can't do anything." I couldn't even cancel the order.”
