“I loved the Thickening & Texturizing Mousse in the past, however with my recent order I noticed the bottle color was different (no big deal), however the scent was not as nice and the mousse had a more watery texture. I contacted Keranique and they informed me that the only change they made was the color of the bottle and the product inside was still the same. They kindly sent me a reorder of the product for free, however, I still notice the scent is not as nice and the texture isn't the same. I used to love this product but something changed and I don't care for it anymore.”
“This is a great product. I have used it for a few years and find it better than all the thickening products I have used in the past. It really does provide thicker looking hair and you just need a pump full.”
