“I ordered onebottles and found the dropper coated with the product. I could not remove the serum from the dropper but was able to add to it. However, I found the serum left a gummy feeling on my hair and no matter how much I rubbed it in that feeling did not go away. Come morning the gumminess continued and it made me feel like I needed a shampoo. In hopes that the serum would work, I ordered two more only to find the droppers were all the same and the product continued to leave a gummy residue.
