“So .... Oct 25 I ordered the Volumizing Conditioner, for $34. Almost an entire month later I still hadn't received it, so I called, and they sent me a new one. When it came in a week or so later, it was this follicle strengthening conditioner. So not only did they take FOREVER to get my $34 conditioner to me, they didn't even send me the one I ordered. I'm NOT happy with Keranique and I believe they have lost me as a customer.”

The bottle lasts a long time, and when I condition my hair with it following shampooing, it makes it so much easier to get the tangles out. My only disapdpointment is that I've been using Kerinique products for at least 5 yrs now, including the vitamins, and my hair remains thin and fine, and lacks lusture.”
