“I love the Lady Shake it unfortunately doesn't love me at the moment. I suffer from lactose intolerance of varying degrees. The Lady Shake does have some lactose but it shouldn't be enough to be a problem while I take some lacteeze. However I am also suffering some gastritis with severe gastric reflux. So rather than throw three spanners into the works, the shakes are on hold till the tummy settles down. This is taking longer than expected and might involve a scope to see how bad it all is, in the near future. So I won't be re-ordering for a bit. By the way have you considered a lactose free lady shake? I know a lot of chubby people who are also lactose intolerant. We generally avoid shakes because the lactose is sometimes not well declared......until it is...and not in a good way. In no way does the Lady shake feature in my gastritis. The entire blame for that was my being on Meloxicam (super anti-inflammatory) for far too long. C4,5 and 6 problematic post moving house. Should have ceased it as soon as the constant pain settled.”
