“I’m a fan of oracal and their vinyl but craftables has sent me a broken beat up box twice so far. Upon tracking this package there was an “unintelligible address” written on it. I had to call to figure it out and confirm my address. I contacted support but never received a response. I will purchase from here for one last time because of their prices but if they continue to send me crushed boxes with bent vinyl I will not be buying again.”
