They are BPA, PVS and Lead free and are suitable to use in the freeze to -40°C and in the oven up to 230°C. They are not suitable for use on hotplates or frypans.CARE INSTRUCTIONS - for first use, peel off the grease proof paper backing and wash by hand in warm soapy water and hang to dry off the edge of your bench or somewhere else suitable (see additional photos).
