“It’s Saturday, a week to the day I ordered my AirPod Pros and paid the premium delivery service of £5 to receive them between 2-4 days to utilise them for the following weekend. Royal Mail, the delivery provider my end, has today acknowledged and have been notified they are awaiting the delivery from Shoponix’s end. Please can you advise”
