“You have asked me for this review, so I am obliging, but you will not like it. No, I have not received what I paid for, no Royal Mail have not received it from you although this is what your shipping note says, no I cannot contact you as all your emails bounce, no you don't have a phone number, no I do not have any belief you will fulfil your order. I am not a happy customer by any stretch of the imagination. You are in receipt of my formal complaint through PayPal. I have received no response from you.”
