“Ordered on 1 August, received an email on 3 August to say the parcel was on its way with a Royal Mail tracking number. Kept tracking the status, the notification from Royal Mail was 'the sender has notified us that the parcel has been despatched us, we will contact you when the item is ready for delivery.' Still the same message today 11 August. So Royal Mail haven't received it. The sales@shoponix email bounces, emailed info@shoponix and no reply. Google and check out reviews of others, this has happened A LOT! It's currently in the hands of Paypal to get a refund”
“Called before ordering and was guaranteed over the phone they were in stock in Manchester 30th July 2020. Paid £344.95 and paid for express postage 2-4 days.
Received email stating items will be posted on Monday 3rd August and guaranteed to be with me on wed 5th/ August 6th.
As of today 8th August still no sign of my items plus the Tracking number provided still shows on Royal Mail track and trace that they haven't even received the order to deliver.
Then they have the nerve to send me a link to give them a review.
