“I have no idea why you have asked me to review this TV as 14 days after ordering it I have still not received it. I have e-mailed twice via your website to query this but have not received a reply. The order information, order # NIX3119, says it has been sent but the PO tracking information provided says that the PO is expecting the item but have not yet received it from you. Please either send the TV or provide a refund.”

“The TV didn't arrive. The tracking number from Royal Mail didn't work as it reported that they hadn't received the product to send on. I tried phoning Shoponix over 2 days and sent an email which bounced back to me. I've reported this as a scam.”
