“Super Deluxe editions are made for the hardcore fans, so if you don't this record, start with the original version. I rate this as Prince's best record alongside 1999. He's clearly on a roll at this point and ridiculously prolific. There are a number of great unheard songs on the three disc Vault section. The package comes with a hardback book with plenty of great photos and images of handwritten lyrics. The concert DVD of a 1987 live show well as the eight discs of music is a nice addition.”
