I ordered a bed pad for my mum, but the delivery took a few weeks longer than expected, and unfortunately my mum passed away during that time. I tried to get in touch with Wearever through multiple emails and attempts to use their customer service chat line so that I could return the (unopened, unused) item, but got no reply. Don't waste your money at such a dishonest, unhelpful company.”
