“I'm delighted with my new kayak and have already enjoyed a short river trip. Very stable and tracks well, the drop down skeg helps even more with this. A minor quibble is with the seat sold with my Kinetic, the attachment clips are too small to fit the low profile attachment points on the boat.”

“The Shore experience is awesome and I’ve had great advice over the phone from you guys …and the online product reviews are really good too! I’ve a Toot two person and the Kinetic. Love the Kinetic as it’s light enough to get on and off the roof rack on my own, good stowage on board. Tracks well, just wish the fin didn’t lodge in the recess and sometimes slip out. Think this could be refined but I kayak on a regular basis and i wouldn’t swap the kayak. Rod holder as standard on all leisure models would probably be a good idea! Shore are first my go to for any water sports stuff and it’s a real pleasure to deal with passionate people.”

“Firstly about Shore: Really good service, it was no problem for you to delay dispatch of the two kayaks for a week or so, so that delivery was on a particular day a little into the future. And all this at a really good price. Very pleased with the kayaks. We use them mainly on the lower parts of the River Dart. They track really well in a straight line, particularly with the skeg down. Excellent in calm and rough conditions. They suit a range of sizes and weights; I am 6' 5" and 15 stone yet they are ideal for people half my weight. The storage features are excellent, giving plenty of easy access for dry storage and a drinks bottle. We have the more expensive option for the seat - this is really comfortable. The small central hatch cover is not attached to anything and could become lost. We have used a small stainless steel screw into the central moulding feature with some 2 mm cord to attach this to the inner bag. The spring shackles used on the seating for attachment could be sized slightly better; there is a technique to undoing them as the spacing in the shackle opening is a very tight fit for the attachment point. Perhaps next year I should get out my metal file. These two points are extremely minor and in a way show the high quality of everything else. I would definitely buy again and so glad we did not go for a cheaper kayak. 10 out of 10.”

“It’s great, glad I bought it. Love the colour. I like how the seated area is raised up above the footwell so you can avoid getting a wet bottom. Also invested in the Tootega scupper plugs which are great. Don’t think I have any negatives about it or the delivery service. Everything was spot on.”
