“This is a great little boat, at 14kg my wife can carry it on her own and lift it onto the car roof. We have wheels but they are not needed unless the water is a very long way away. Given the short length and design it performs well in the surf. Our concern was whether it would go in a straight line when touring and while it does turn as one paddles it maintains course well enough and so can tour in it as well. We have a longer sit on and tow sit in expedition boats but this gets most use as its so easy to transport. Its a great price too with quick delivery!”

“Fantastic service! As for the boat, it has paid itself back in spades. I purposely went for this model as it was portable. Possibly the minimum weight and length you are going to get away with that is usable for an adult of around 80kg. It's so stable. And can still take a backpack of gear in the rear compartment. I am able to pop it on my day fisher and access our offshore reefs for summer fun. Had some great moments just enjoying the scene. So thank you to both Tootega and Shore. Please keep what you are doing, delivering a gold standard service and products, I do keep an eye on your website. One thing I may get for next season will be a couple of bungs for the read compartment just to keep it dry.”

“We're very happy with the kayak and have been paddling around Swanage bay through the summer, even novices found them easy to use. Very light to carry. In particular the upgraded seats we chose were highly rated by my brother in law who has a bad back! No one has capsized so far!”
