NEVER PLAY IT ALONE!
It’s called a Ouija Board and it’s been used for thousands of years to communicate with the souls of the afterworld. For beautiful Linda Brewster (Tawny Kitaen, Bachelor Party), it brings the playful ghost of a dead ten-year-old boy. But when the friendly spirit develops a sudden taste for violent murder and demonic possession, Linda’s boyfriend (Todd Allen, Django Unchained) and her former lover (Stephen Nichols, House) must race to destroy the ferocious portal of the damned.
Kathleen Wilhoite (Road House) and Rose Marie co-star in this chilling thriller from Kevin S. Tenney (Night Of The Demons).

Great picture, Great extra's. Tawney is cute as can be! This is a fairly standard movie for its time. If you like 80's horror, this will work! The extras were lots of fun to watch. This is a "B" movie, but I liked it! No, this can't compete with the bigger budget films but they did very well with what they had. Recommended!

Director Kevin S. Tenney's Witchboard centers around good characterizations using the Ouija board as a horror device. The murders begin after Tawny Kitaen dabbles with a 10 year-olds spirit unaware she is communicating with a mass murderer back from the grave and stalking prey with his ax. The gore is light, but the impact is there at the chaotic climax. A combination blending of slasher and Exorcist type thrills. I got to meet both Kevin and Tawny in person at a recent convention, very nice people. This film has become a cult classic with fans everywhere. Check it out..Witchboard spawned 1993's Witchboard II The Devil's Doorway and 1995's Witchboard The Possession.

This is a great film. The villain is fantastic and the acting is surprising good. I would definitely recommend this to others.
