"A thrilling, disturbing commentary on a man-eat-man world ..." – San Francisco Examiner
Legendary filmmaker George A. Romero returns to unleash another chapter in his zombie series! In this new tale of terror, Romero creates a harrowing vision of a modern-day world where the walking dead roam a vast uninhabited wasteland and the living try to lead "normal" lives behind the high walls of a fortified city. A new society has been built by a hand of ruthless opportunists, who live in luxury in the towers of a skyscraper, high above the less fortunate citizens who must eke out a hard life on the streets below. With the survival of the city at stake, a group of mercenaries is called into action to protect the living from the evolving army of the dead waiting outside the city walls. Land Of The Dead features a cast of great actors including Dennis Hopper, Simon Baker, Asia Argento, Robert Joy and John Leguizamo.

Excellent extras and A/V quality really help the usually subpar entry in Romero’s zombie epics. Doesn’t also work but is fun when it does.

One of my favorites Scream's releases. LOVE the new artwork, and their effort in including both versions on Blu-ray! Keep on the excellent work!

Not Romero's best, but far better than 90% of zombie movies made today.

Not the great late Romero’s best zombie entry but certainly a good one. Great work and extras done by Scream Factory!

This blu ray set is something to be seen! filled to the brim with a new 2K scan of the movie, both the theatrical cut and the unrated version are here and they look just great on flat screen tvs! the film is just as great as i remember it! all the extras from the original are here along with a host of others which makes it worth the price. did i mention the poster?! great quality and it's rolled. the blu ray comes with a nice looking slip cover too.
