“The Steelbook is nice, although I really wish they used the classic art for all their steel books. The figure is nice as well. The lithograph was bent up, and clearly not in shipping, but by the guy who SHOVED it into the tube. And of course nowhere near hitting the release date. People could get it from stores long before we got it shipped.”

“The packing situation as of late is a disaster! And absolutely unacceptable when there is no protection whatsoever around a figure to keep it from bouncing around inside of the packing box! An email has already been sent and I have been told I’ll get a replacement figure. But, we’ll have to wait and see...”

“This is just a comment on packaging. The pinch style poster tube that was used was too small for the poster. The pinching caused bends in the ends of the poster. It would have been a simple fix to use a poster tube that was about 3" longer. There was plenty of space in the box that the three items shipped in to accommodate a longer tube.”

“The steelbook, disc, action figure and action figure box all came fine. The lithograph however was a little damaged but I'll live and may not notice once i get it on the wall.”
