“The Refuge is a great step forward from the Elite jacket. I ride daily year round in the Pacific Northwest. The hood is great for flexibility, in case an unexpected shower comes up. The tucked away rain guard behind is great as well. But more importantly the zippers for ventilation in front to ack as wind scoops. Only two improvements... the front zipper sould be right handed zipper and an elegant way to stow the hood in place would not go amiss. Overall probablly the best bicycling jacket on the market. Certainly very servicable for most outside activities if you do not have customized jackets for that activity.”
