“Women's Refuge Pant Black is fantastic. They came right in time for the Pacific West Coast atmospheric river. I stay dry and I was not overheated. The waterproof-breathable hardshell fabric is incredible. It is light and breathable. The additional details of the thigh vent, the pocket, the reflective straps and the better quality zippers also make this worthwhile.
The material is loud so you won't be sneaking up on anyone wearing this but if you can be dry, it's a good trade off.

“Plusses - They're long enough (I'm 5'10") and fairly flexible.
Minus - they're NOISY!! Constant crinkling/crackling noise. Very irritating. Have not yet had a chance to try them in the rain.”
