“I got this cover days before a rain or shine century ride. We had constant rain, so much that the ride was called off after 80 miles due to flooded roads. My head stayed dry and warm even with temps in the low 50's. I had several people make envious comments about the cover so I'm pretty sure I would have been cold and wet without it.
The cover is a nice, thicker, sturdy material and went on easily and the bungies could be tightened for a snug fit even over a helmet-mounted mirror. I didn't use the neck flap, but it's nice how it stows securely inside the cover so it won't get lost when not in use. The reflective material is large enough to be useful, a good thing since I opted for the black cover.”
