“The chest strap is not securely attached to the bag and fall off easily. After few uses, I lost it. I send an email 4 months ago to get a replacement chest strap but I had no reply yet. The backpack is not as comfortable without the chest strap. Very disappointing for a piece of equipment of this price range.”
