“The new Redo exchange was a little confused versus previous experiences at Showers Pass. I paid the upfront $2.98 (which is fair these days), but then got billed almost $7 to complete my size exchange. I contacted Showers Pass and they said I should not have gotten that second charge. they cancelled it and sent a link for a paid label which worked fine. Worked out in the end. No reflection on gear, just process.”
“I did not realize I was asked to review the exchange process. I have no complaints, the Showers Pass staff have been wonderful to work with. I even managed to speak with the owner at one point during the sales process, as I guess I called at time when it was "all hands on deck " busy. I am very satisfied with my refuge pants and the fit and function are excellent. The pants also serve as a great wind layer on cold days. My wife is also very excited with her new gear .
