Please note this service requires you to take your returned items suitably packaged to a local Post Office branch. It is not a collection service and is non refundable. One returns label per order is sufficient for returning up to 5 pairs of shoes in one package. Kindly note, this cannot be purchased at a later date and must be purchased with your goods in order to be valid. Any item which has had grip soles or additional heels fitted may not be returned as this is deemed to be customisation of goods. Please only purchase this item with a product. It can not be ordered as an individual item.

“With my first order from Shuperb I purchased the returns label at the same time. I kept the boots, but less than two weeks later ordered two more pairs of shoes, which had to be returned. I couldn't find anything on the website about not being able to use the label I had paid for, so item was returned using this label. My account was then debited with £3.50 return postage. To be fair I emailed Shuperb as I was unhappy that they were already charging more for postage than it would have cost to return it myself but not being able to use the label on any order is ridiculous. I also use another company with a similar idea, except that if I purchase the label I can use on any return I may make to them. Shuperb were understanding and on this occasion refunded the postage, for which I was grateful. So please be aware that you can only use your prepaid label with the order it came with, no matter how soon you may place another order with them!”

“Very useful if you order different sizes and know you will be returning one pair. A bit of a waste of £1 if you don't need to return anything. Difficult to decide whether the label will be needed when placing the order. Would prefer free returns.”
