“I ordered 100 signs to include the recommended protective gloss coating. The signs would have come out beautifully, except your team forgot to apply the gloss coating as per my order. Also, one of the boxes arrived damaged and partially opened. Of course, that could have been UPS's fault. Nevertheless, I was disappointed to see that the signs I ordered lacked the protective gloss coating that I ordered. I would have rated this order with 1 star, but I decided to give it 2 stars because Patrice M. was very kind and helpful and is helping me to solve the issue.”
