“First experience was good. Second experience not so good. We ordered yard signs for an event where we had to have them by a certain date. I ordered well in advance and was promised them by this date. The date came and I checked the status and they hadn't even been produced as of that date. I contacted them and they stated they had a major delay a week before and was five days behind production. They told me an email had been sent out to inform us of the delay the week before. However, I never received an email stating such (I have received all other emails from them). Makes me quite hesitant to order from them again.”

When I ordered 50 signs, there was an issue with it not being full bleed. The signs didn't look bad, but it turns out the art department was concerned about the spacing and added a 1 inch white border that wasn't in the proof. Without having to jump through any hoops, the company issued another set of signs with full bleed for FREE. That's customer service! I've seen better quality prints with more vivid colors and sharper lines, but for this price you honestly can't beat it.”
