“I ordered double sided, each side with a unique image. I uploaded the 2 files for the unique images. The signs came with 1 image printed on both sides.
The quality of the signs and the printing look good, but half of my message was lost. I am very disappointed. I would like you to send me the actual signs that I ordered and paid for.”
“My first order got lost. The tracking kept showing “label created” but never updated and I had ordered nearly 3 weeks before the party. I called and printed another sign and the company sent it immediately to me and it was able to get here 1 day before the party.”
“The metal frames are great but your partner company that makes the magnetic car signs is abysmal. Magnets on the Cheap never answer their phone and dealing with them is a nightmare. Signs on the Cheap should really reconsider your business relationship.”
“The metal frames were good; however, the print job for the signs was really lacking in two ways:
1. We received 8 signs with another company's information on the back of ours.
2. Signs that were shipped by UPS (8 boxes) must have been printed somewhere where signs delivered by FedEx (2 boxes) were printed as the color of the two batches do not match. In the FedEx shipment the red color is bold and really great. The other 8 boxes, the red color looks faded already.
I'm really disappointed with the quality of this shipment. I would hesitate ordering again from the Signs on the Cheap.”
