“This is a review of the actual sign printed. Sign colors were not crisp and were faded and dull. Red/Orange was more pink/orange the Black was more of a gray/ black. Nowhere in the design process did it say to account for a 1-inch border. I had positioned the lettering from edge to edge on the sign and when it came back with the extra 1 inch border the font was too small and not readable from a distance.
By adding the border to print the sign you had to make the imported design smaller and that decreased the size of the font thus making the sign hard to read from the street distance.
I didn't order nor receive the frame 1 rider but ordered the regular 10x24 frame.”
“Signs were great but lost faith in how they do business. Was planning on order a lot more sign but not anymore. Ordered 50 signs and only received 30. Customer service told me I ordered 30. Never got a conformation email when I ordered to notice the error. Called and they didn’t want to make it right. Unfortunately I’ll be taking my business else where from now on”
