“Dropped the ball on my order.
After several days of not getting a tracking number for my signs they didn't reach out to me I had to reach out to them. First I got a call center in the Philippines and then finally I got the number to where they're located in Austin. Turns out the entire time that order wasn't even completed much less on the back of a truck the process of being shipped to me. I was going to ask for an entire refund but the lady insisted that they could just refund the shipping and still get my order our but 6 days later.. So I said okay if you can still get my order out it will be one week late and I will accept a refund on the shipping because of that. Now almost a week after receiving the signs I still didn't get a refund on the shipping. It's almost like there's nobody at the wheel driving this car called signs on the cheap.”
“I am very impressed with the quality of my signs. They are made out of a durable material and I like how the stakes let my sign stand above the ground, unlike other signs that I have been seeing. Lastly, they are half the price of the local companies I called. In addition, they were produced, shipped and in my hands before the other company's estimated times. The turn around time is incredible. Will surely use this company again for my sign needs. Thank you!!”
“I placed an order for signs on 2/6/23. When I received them the signs were wrong. So, the signs were supposed to be printed correctly and resent. This took a long time to accomplish. Received the replacement signs yesterday 3/3/23. They were wrong AGAIN. Have now been told a new order will be made and shipped again. I'm now at 18 days before my election.
What has saved me as far as getting replacement orders is that I asked the company to send me a copy of the proof for my order on 2/26/23. And each shipment has been different. If you use this company, get proof of your proof.
3/7/23 It's now over a month and I've yet to receive my signs I ordered. Unbelieveable. Changed star rating to 1 star. They keep on asking what I think, but I don't think they read these comments.”
