“Dropped the ball on my order.
After several days of not getting a tracking number for my signs they didn't reach out to me I had to reach out to them. First I got a call center in the Philippines and then finally I got the number to where they're located in Austin. Turns out the entire time that order wasn't even completed much less on the back of a truck the process of being shipped to me. I was going to ask for an entire refund but the lady insisted that they could just refund the shipping and still get my order our but 6 days later.. So I said okay if you can still get my order out it will be one week late and I will accept a refund on the shipping because of that. Now almost a week after receiving the signs I still didn't get a refund on the shipping. It's almost like there's nobody at the wheel driving this car called signs on the cheap.”
