“Product materials are great but in the preview of the design that I put together, the black looks bold and pops out on the sign. In real life, the majority of the words are just faded into the other colors and not visible while driving by them. When I look at the signed in person right next to my computer, they look like two different items.”
“I received a note saying that the photo was not going to look good on the sign and asking me to provide an alternative photo or to sign off on the photo that would not look good. I sent an alternative photo and shortly thereafter received a notice that the project was moving forward. Unfortunately, they either printed the original photo (not reading my email) or they printed the new photo without letting me know that it too would look bad. I now have 25 terrible signs and am out $200 dollars.”
