“I was pleased with the banner but it was much bigger than I realized. It took my husband quite some time to get it attached to metal poles and ended up costing more than we had budgeted. Since we are not supported by any outside funds it puts a bit of damper on my budget. I did appreciate speaking to your personnel who could not exchange but did offer us $90. off our next order which would certainly help.
