“I would give 5 stars in the past but recently I ordered 200 signs as a “reorder” from my past order and when they were delivered the print was not the same. Color was different which wasn’t a big deal but the font size was smaller. When you purchase yard signs you want the print to be large and visible.
In the past I would always click the order and received the same product. It is almost like there is a new software or the products are being sub contracted out. I will attach a photo I did crop half it out including our contact # which was also smaller print”
“The sign is bright and visually looks great. I did think it came with a stand for some reason. Like an "A" frame. But I guess I was mistaken.
Anyway, the package left your facility as requested. However, we paid for overnight shipping and the sign was 1 week late. Fed Ex sucks!
I was pleased that our shipping cost is supposed to be refunded by your company. Your customer service was extremely helpful and did a great job. That is all I can really say. It was a bad experience all the way around.”
