“The signs for our church were great quality. The ordering process was difficult. 4 phone calls before it was correct. After 3 phone calls order was placed, confirmation received with an order number. when the day for delivery came, I checked and the order didn't process because of lack of payment. However, the associate that helped me processed our card payment he said so not sure what happened. Was also told I would have to put in for a refund of the sales tax for the church rather than not be charged with the order. When first order never processed, called again and got someone that knew what they were doing! Processed without charging us sales tax and we received the signs. It was just 5 days later than we had originally hoped, which gave us one less Sunday to sell them to membership.”
