“The signs look great and are exactly how i ordered. Unfortunately, I was shorted 4 of the wire stakes so I'm unable to use 4 out of 5 signs that i ordered.”
“corner of box delivered was damaged. 12 of the signs had visible damage due to poor handling probally due to the delivery company. even though it is not the fault of SignsOnTheCheap company... it is rather upsetting to have poor looking and damage products. we do not want to pay to ship the order back because of the over priced cost of shipping. and we need the signs due to demand at this time. we will attempt to use the damaged items as best as possible or will have to throw away the 12 damaged signs that would reflect poorly on our company. if you want or can do anything concerning this matter then it would be greatly appreciated.
