“I shopped around online trying to find them cheaper. No go. Ended up right back with them. Got them quick and they were nice quality. I do the same thing about once a year for the last few years and always end up with them.”
“The signs looked nice, but the lettering was small. As a consumer it is difficult to know how the lettering will look on the final sign from a condensed upload on the computer.
It will be nice to have you all give the consumer a heads up on what the size of the lettering will look like before mass producing the finished product, which may not meet the consumers needs.
I thought what we uploaded would be yield larger letters but it didn't, and it would be helpful if a rep from your organization would alert consumers that the letters are appearing smaller than what we may want so we can make a change before mass production.
