I’m not even disappointed about the fact that it hasn’t arrived, I’m just so frustrated that I asked your customer service team a simple question 2 weeks ago - ‘Has my order been shipped?’ And your team couldn’t even answer this until this day. Apparently your staff are still waiting to hear back from the warehouse team. Wow, your team take this long to answer that question and get back to me? At this point, I’m not even expecting to hear back anymore. Horrible service! It’s a shame, i used to buy a lot from siksilk.”
