“I did not receive my parcel at all,it said delivered but I did not receive it,I went to the Royal Mail to find out ,they took my number and said they’ll talk to the driver and call me back but they didn’t,I emailed the Silksilk customer service they told me to talk to the Royal Mail and find out the investigation number,but I’d appreciate if the customer service would do it themselves,rather than the customer having to go through the hassle,and update me with the information but for now,I guess I’ll forget about my parcel and never buy from Silksilk again.Thank you.”
