“Quality is medium, it’s very warm. I paid like 10€ for shipping and had to pay more in Poland to get package (like 3 €). Shipping took like 7 days.

“I purchased this coat at the beginning of November, within a couple of weeks the pocket hat ripped. The quality of the coat is not great at all in my opinion. Sent an email to customer services over 3 weeks ago, still no response. Sent a message via Instagram… no answer.
Really disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of contact from customer services. There is no contact number to call on their website. Highly frustrated. I am not normally one to complain but when you purchase a coat this is something I would expect to last a reasonable amount of time especially given the price. There is one stitch to hold the pocket in place which is not sufficient when the material is so thin. A response of some sort would be greatly appreciated.”
