“I have payed £50 to get a jacket , which it did not arrived yet , when i contacted the customer service team they ignored me, and did not heard back from them , another order wich is big in size i would like to return it but i may not get my refund for ever .”
“The jacket was delivered quite fast. I usually buy t-shirts and jackets that are size Large but according to the SikSilk sizes I bought a Medium and it was the perfect fit. The jacket is very warm, the pockets have fleece lining and the arms are insulated. The material is very good and waterproof. My jacket came with the arm tag missing which I emailed them about and they happily gave me a partial refund. One thing to note is that the hood hangs a bit forward because where the SikSilk logo is, that part is folded back which I didn't initially realise. Also the reason I didn't give the jacket 5 stars is because the jacket is a little bit too puffy so it's hard to put a bag on. They price the jacket at £110 which is way too much, I bought it for £55 as there was a 50% off sale.”
