“This was a present for my teenage son. He loves it and takes it everywhere. He uses it for hot liquids, such as coffee and for cold liquids, mostly water. It seems durable and washable, the water doesn't taste like coffee unlike other travel mugs. The lid doesn't always stay on well. I loved the customer service: I emailed when I was afraid the present wouldn't arrive in time for his birthday and I got a personal email back ensuring me they did everything in their power to ship it in time. His cup arrive on his birthday!”
