“I purchased 16 glasses, lids & straws from you for Christmas gifts for all my nieces and nephews. Originally they were delivered to the wrong address & I called and spoke to your staff who offered to ship a new order at no cost to me. I was able to locate the package at the post office and they delivered it the next day. I called back and let your staff know they did not need to send out another shipment. I did pass along your information to my Sales Director and my Marketing Director and I believe we've already purchased some for clients. Your staff, a female, was so friendly & helpful.”
