“The silicone tumbler I ordered did not arrive. I received a Silicone Rocks cup instead. The picking ticket and my order reflect the Silicone Tumbler, so it was a mistake in the fulfillment. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and have yet to get any response. Please Silipint, make this order right.”
