Just a process note: I got an email: "Thanks for joining! Here's 10% off to use on your first Silipint.com order." I noted in the comments on my order that the discount had only applied to one product, not the whole order. It made a difference of about $1.00, so no big deal, but I sort of expected someone to at least say, oh, let's fix the wording on the email so it doesn't feel like a trick, or let's fix the software glitch that only applied it to one item, but nada. I expect the same level of attention will be paid to this review. But I'm a sucker for good customer service, in a "buy whatever you want from Amazon" kind of world, that personal connection to a business based on the US is what gets me to purchase products. Note: you can't buy these on Amazon, and that's fantastic!
