They are non-slip so they are not going to start off aren't you or Walker. They are microwave safe and will not scar like most plastic storage or dishes. I'm can use these for ice cream and not freeze my hands, or can use them to hold oatmeal or another warm food and not feel like it's too warm to hold. The biggest plus of these bowls is that I can drop them and they not only don't break or chip or dent but they bounce!”
