“Bought these as replacements for plastic storage bowls that had finally worn out or cracked. I'd been using the plastic bowls to take and reheat soup at work. The lidded Silipint bowls work perfectly! The lids are secure and I don't worry about splllage in transit. They handle being heated in the microwave, and the stronger shiny interior gives the bowl a firmer structure so I don't worry about a collapse with hot soup. The 20oz size is large enough to accommodate chunky soups. Only complaint - wish the design was tapered for nested storage. They definitely take up more cabinet space.”
