“I ordered 3 lids over 3 weeks ago and have never received. I’ve emailed customer service 4 times and have not heard back. I’ called and was told someone would call me back and no one ever did. I called today and phone immediately went to voicemail. I called the other number on website and it rang once and went busy. I’m very disappointed with customer service and I really love these cups and lids!”
